Job description
- Develop and maintain data monitoring systems and dashboards using Microsoft Excel VBA.
- Automate data processing, consolidation, and reporting through Excel Macro/VBA solutions.
- Manage data to support Purchasing Material Department and Business Division reporting and monitoring needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for business analysis.
- Perform data administration and support reporting requirements across the Business Division, mainly Purchasing Material Dept.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and implement process improvements through automation.
Job requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Macro and VBA programming.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data management and business reporting concepts.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
- Available to work on a 6-month project-based contract
- Experience in data processing, reporting, or dashboard development is preferred.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL for data extraction, validation, and business reporting is an advantage.
