PT. Mitra Jaya Rezeki, was founded in 2024, is a subsidiary of Meratus which focuses on the natural resources supply chain process. In the same year, PT. Mitra Jaya Rezeki also established a strategic partnership (Joint Venture) with one of the largest commercial truck manufacturers in the world by establishing the first assembly factory in Indonesia.

Meratus was founded in 1957 which was the first Indonesian shipping company to operate a dedicated Container Liner service in 1990. Meratus is transforming into an Integrated Maritime & Logistics operator. Through PT. Mitra Jaya Rezeki, our group expanded its business to mining equipment services then started a mining services business unit that will grow significantly throughout Indonesia.
