This is a full-time on-site role as a Tool Pusher based in Bengkalis. The Tool Pusher will be responsible for supervisory tasks related to drilling and completion operations, onshore drilling
Job requirements
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Onshore Drilling, Drilling, and Completion expertise with minimum 6 years of experiences in Oil & Gas Operation
- IADC or IWCF & BOSIET certification
- Ability to manage a team and maintain safety standards at all times
- Experience in the energy industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with hydraulic and electric top drives is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
