Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Drilling Superintendent located in Bengkalis. The Drilling Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing drilling operations, ensuring safety and compliance, managing equipment and personnel, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications
- Petroleum Engineering and Drilling Engineering skills
- Minimum 10 years experience at filed location onshore/offshore Drilling Operation
- Experience in Completion Onshore Drilling and Petroleum
- Ability to lead and manage onshore drilling operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding of safety and compliance regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Mandatory Certification IWCF or IADC and Migas AP3 certification
- Mandatory MCU certificate
- Experience in the energy Oil & gas industry is a must
