Project Engineer Supervisor

Role Summary & Responsibility :

• Primary interface to Customer and partners for all official communication
• Overall responsibility to deliver project according to contractual conditions & objectives set by  direct manager
• Launch the contract, executing critical analysis of scope, financials, schedule, planning and all milestones related to the project;
• Ensure that all necessary project functions, including HSSE and Quality, are established and organized in a way that ensure an effective and safe execution of the scope of work.
• Carrying out weekly meeting to control projects, check progress, manage cost, identify deviations from plan, detect risk and forecast future performance
• Identify opportunities of Changer Orders in the contract and coordinate all necessary negotiations (internal and external to the company);
• Continually monitor, control, and analyze deviation of the Projects’ cost performance throughout its duration
• Drive all company departments involved in the project process, participating actively with Sourcing, Procurement, invoicing, logistics of the delivery with focus to fulfill all the project targets;;
• Keep close contact with customer aiming to inform the progress and work to defend the company main interests;
• Elaborate reports for the management informing business position and relevant facts affecting the contract, being responsible for RCA analysis in case it is needed, and participating in Project Review.

• Engineering Degree
• At least 1 years of experience in Project Management position (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Knowledgeable in Power Transformer
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to demonstrate ability to manage multi-discipline team
• Ability to demonstrate to develop and implement project management strategies; mitigating challenges balancing solutions that are financially viable for Customers
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams;
• Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact;
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously;
• Effective problem identification and solution skills;
• Proven analytical and organizational ability.
