Organization Development (OD) Supervisor

• Conducting sustainable organizational structure analysis based on organizational culture
• Responsible for designing, identifying training need, designing learning materials, and providing training both individually in any level
• Implementing a new Learning & Development system with ISO standard to optimize LD Programs
• Planning & implementing Talent Management (succession plan) program

• Minimum bachelor degree holder; Majoring in Human Resource Management (HRM), Management, Industrial Engineering, etc
• Have experience minimum 3-5 years experience as Organization Development (OD) / Talent Management in supervisor Level 
•  Have the ability to analyze data and information related to organizational performance, identify
• development needs, and design strategies to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
• Have good communication both verbally and in writing across departments and at various levels
• Strong knowledge of organizational development theory and methodology and organizational culture
