Area Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengkalis for a Drilling Area Manager. As a Drilling Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the drilling operations and activity in your assigned area, ensuring that it runs smoothly and safely. You will also be responsible for the management of personnel and equipment, and collaborate with other teams to monitor and report drilling performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Oil Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in drilling operations, preferably in oil and gas industry
• Experience in managing and overseeing drilling operations and activities
• Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Awareness of health, safety, and environmental protection practices
• Proficient in English and Bahasa
