Job description

Review national and sub-national policies on renewable energy and low-carbon tech for SMEs, mapping them against CEDAW, UNFCCC, the Paris Agreement and other gender/human-rights commitments.
Design and coordinate multi-stakeholder focus groups; capture and analyse insights.
Evaluate policy gaps, benchmark against global-national best practice, and draft concise, actionable recommendations.
Prepare engaging materials for briefings, roadshows and a high-level dissemination event.

A Master or Bachelor degree in Public Policy, Economics, Environmental Studies, Gender Studies, Social Sciences, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated experience in policy analysis, specifically with a focus on climate policy, women's economic empowerment, or closely related areas.
Strong analytical, writing and stakeholder-engagement skills; familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative methods.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
