Job description

  • Dev & manag detailed project design,plans,timelines,&budgets
  • Coord cross-funct teams
  • Montr project progress,identify risks,&implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure project performance& the quality of deliverables align w/ the program obj.
  • Manage policy-related projects from inception to completion,ensuring timely delv of outputs
  • Engage w/ policymakers,gov. bodies,business leaders,community groups
  • Facilitate engagements w/ key stakeholders, including the ASEAN Secretariat,Ministry of Health representatives, digital health startups,&etc
  • Dev. strategic partnerships w/ think tanks,research institutions,&advocacy groups to amplify Pijar's influence
  • Build&maintain strong relationships w/ policymakers,healthcare providers,&tech partners across ASEAN
  • Prepare briefings, speeches,&policy presentations for in&ext stakeholders
  • Represent Pijar at nat and internat forums, conferences,& meetings
  • Contribute to thought leadership through published articles, blogs,&reports
  • Establish&implement a robust MEL framework to track project outcomes&impact
  • Prepare&present progress reports
  • Use data-driven insights to refine project strategies&improve outcomes

Job requirements

  1. Minimum 5-7 years experience in project management with demonstrated understanding of digital health, public health, or capacity-building initiatives.
  2. Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-country projects in the ASEAN region.
  3. Experience working with Global Funders (e.g., WHO, USAID, Gates Foundation) and familiarity with their reporting requirements
  4. Ability to manage competing tasks, work independently and meet tight deadlines
  5. Self-starter with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  6. Strong English fluency (both written and spoken)
  7. Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  8. Good interpersonal skills and strategic engagements with the ability to collaborate effectively, with both internal and external stakeholders
  9. (Preferred, but not compulsory) A Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  10. Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and cultural nuances across ASEAN countries is preferred.
