Business Development Officer

• Design&implement strategies (fundraising,grant acquisition & prog. financing)
• Identify & dev. social enterprise initiatives to diversify the foundation’s rev
• Establish strategic relationships (corporate partners,donors,gov. bodies,NGOs, inter institutions)
• Conduct research (CSR trends,partner needs&collab. opportunities(social issues))
• Analyze business feasibility&prepare simple business studies for new initiatives
• Coordinate w/ prog&finance teams to ensure deliverables align

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, CSR, or fundraising (preferably in the non-profit sector).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Experienced in preparing professional proposals and presentations.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Graduation form a leading university with a minimum GPA of 3.3 is an added value
