Job description
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems & servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
- Assist in cloud computing & digital transformation projects.
- Offer IT consulting to clients for business efficiency.
- Document processes and provide user training.
Job requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in IT support, networking, or system administration. (2+ years)
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft) are a plus.
