RECRUITMENT MANAGER

• Hunt and screen the right talent, at the right position, on the right timing for manpower request
• Develops and implements various recruitment strategies to attract most qualified candidates possible
  
• Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
  
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
  

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent

Able to analyze man power planning, psychological interview, good in budget management, negotiation and advance in Microsoft Office
