• Dynamics person, Hard worker, and Discipline.
• Bachelor degree in Psychology,Communication,Human Resources Management or equvalent
• Has experience 3-5 years as Human Resources or Related Field (especially in HR Generalist) preferably in the Hospitality Industry.
• Has experience in 2-3 years in Rank or File (HR Administration)
• Experience in Training Development / OD in 1-2years
• Experience in BPJS rules, and Taxation
• Skill in Training Development or Organizational Development (Managing Employee Development)
• Effective Written and Oral communication skills including the Ability to Prepare reports, Proposals, Policies and Procedures.
• People Oriented and Results Driven
• Excellent Communication Skills, including the ability to listen and Problem-Solving skills
• Having certification CHRM (would be great)
