Technical Integration Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce integrations with various third-party systems, including ERP, CRM, marketing automation, and other applications.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements for integration with Salesforce.
• Customize and configure Salesforce environments to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
• Develop and maintain integration workflows, data mappings, and ETL processes using tools like MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing technical support to clients during and after implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, project managers, and consultants, to ensure successful integration project delivery.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure integration solutions meet quality standards.
• Document integration processes, configurations, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and client training.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce integration tools, techniques, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce integration or technical consulting roles.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including experience with integration tools like MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and other middleware.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development technologies.
• Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and integrating Salesforce with ERP, CRM, or other third-party applications.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Integration Architect, Platform Developer) are a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
