Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both tech and non-tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, technical and psychological assessments, background verification, and offer management
  • Handle diverse hiring needs: internal positions, project-based hiring, and IT consultant placement (body hiring) for clients
  • Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand project demands, technical requirements, and workforce planning needs
  • Develop and execute proactive and innovative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill tech roles, including specialized roles such as SAP Consultants
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews, and ensure alignment with both technical and cultural fit
  • Facilitate talent review / panel discussions for employees nearing end of probation (PKWTT) and end of contract (PKWT), providing structured evaluation and recommendations on employment continuation (confirmation, extension, conversion, or termination) aligned with business needs and regulations
  • Integrate psychological assessments into the hiring process and provide data-driven insights to support hiring decisions
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end onboarding programs, including conducting onboarding presentations/induction sessions, ensuring new joiners are well-informed, engaged, and ready for project deployment
  • Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts and documentation (PKWT, PKWTT, freelance/contract-based) for new hires and existing employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Handle employee and candidate administration processes, including document collection, data management, and maintaining accurate records
  • Demonstrate strong ownership of hiring outcomes by proactively managing pipelines, anticipating hiring challenges, and driving solutions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Act as a strategic advisor by providing talent insights, market mapping, and hiring trends to stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support ongoing and upcoming project demands
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) and continuously optimize hiring processes
  • Support and contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance company positioning and attract high-quality talent

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT consulting / technology / outsourcing environment
  • Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, tech stacks, and hiring dynamics (e.g., software engineering, data, infrastructure), with exposure to enterprise systems and cloud ecosystems, including roles such as SAP Consultants, Salesforce Consultants, and related functional/technical specialists
  • Experience in project-based hiring and/or IT consultant placement
  • Exposure to talent review / panel discussions related to employee lifecycle decisions (probation & contract evaluation)
  • Experience in handling employee onboarding and delivering onboarding presentations
  • Experience in handling employment contract preparation and HR administration processes related to recruitment and onboarding
  • Strong attention to detail in managing employee documentation and administrative compliance
  • Familiar with Indonesian employment regulations (PKWT, PKWTT, and freelance/contract-based arrangements), including their application in project-based and consulting environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Demonstrated strong ownership, proactiveness, and innovative mindset in managing recruitment processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven, and multi-project environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
