SAP Solution Architect (Presales)

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end SAP solutions across business processes and SAP modules.
• Translate business requirements into solution blueprints, architecture designs, and implementation strategies.
• Define integration architecture between SAP and third-party applications.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration initiatives.
• Support sales and account teams during client engagements, RFPs, and solution proposals.
• Conduct discovery workshops and present solution recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Provide architectural leadership throughout project implementation.
• Review functional and technical designs to ensure alignment with the approved solution architecture.
• Serve as the primary solution advisor for clients and internal project teams.
• Mentor consultants and support capability development within the SAP practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP consulting experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or equivalent role.
• Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migration projects.
• Experience in consulting companies or SAP Partners is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and business processes.
• Ability to design enterprise-level integrated solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and consulting mindset.
• Ability to engage with C-Level executives and decision-makers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and mentoring capability.
• Experience handling pre-sales, RFPs, and solution proposal development.
