Job requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in SAP solution delivery, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles driving large-scale SAP transformation programs.
- Proven success in managing large, complex SAP implementation, migration, or transformation projects across multiple industries.
- Strong ability to engage with and influence C-level executives.
- Deep expertise in SAP program management, integration, and optimization; familiarity with other enterprise solutions that complement SAP environments is an advantage.
- Demonstrated track record of building and leading high-performing, cross-functional delivery teams.
- Exceptional business acumen, with the ability to align SAP solutions with client growth strategies.
