Job description
- Implement and support SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules (such as MM, FICO, and PP).
- Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, providing solutions to optimize their SAP SD functionalities.
- Configure and maintain SAP SD modules, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure users understand and effectively use SAP SD functionalities.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD configuration and integration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with other SAP consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant, with hands-on experience in SAP SD module configuration and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD processes, including Sales Order, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, Shipping, and Credit Management.
- Experience with SAP integration with other modules (MM, FICO, PP).
- Proficiency in Order to Cash (O2C) end-to-end process.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and address complex business requirements.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- SAP certification in Sales and Distribution (SD) is preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
