Job description
- Lead end-to-end SAP project implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including functional and technical consultants, to ensure project alignment
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure SAP solutions are implemented in accordance with business requirements and best practices
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and user training sessions
- Oversee system testing, data migration, and post-implementation support
- Ensure proper documentation of project processes and deliverables
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to SAP implementation and support
Job requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing SAP implementation or rollout projects
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end SAP project lifecycle (planning, execution, go-live, and support)
- Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, or other relevant modules
- Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timeline, resources, and budget
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- Ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- SAP certification or PMP certification is an advantage
- Good command of English, both written and verbal
