Job description

  • Lead end-to-end SAP project implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and successful delivery
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including functional and technical consultants, to ensure project alignment
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure SAP solutions are implemented in accordance with business requirements and best practices
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and user training sessions
  • Oversee system testing, data migration, and post-implementation support
  • Ensure proper documentation of project processes and deliverables
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to SAP implementation and support

Job requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing SAP implementation or rollout projects
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end SAP project lifecycle (planning, execution, go-live, and support)
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, or other relevant modules
  • Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timeline, resources, and budget
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
  • Ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • SAP certification or PMP certification is an advantage
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
