Job description
- Project Management: Lead the planning and implementation of SAP projects, ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Client Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage SAP consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of SAP solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Scope Management: Define project scope, deliverables, and goals in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Manage scope changes effectively to meet client expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases to ensure high-quality SAP solutions.
- Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to end-users throughout the SAP implementation process and post-go-live.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster continuous process improvement and adopt best practices within the team and organization.
Job requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Project Management, with a proven track record of successful SAP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules, including but not limited to SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP FICO.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with clients in diverse industries.
- PMP or SAP Project Management certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations and lead teams effectively.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions in a timely manner.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is preferred.
