Job description
- Implement and support SAP MM (Materials Management) solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules (such as SD, FICO, WM, and PP).
- Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, providing solutions to optimize their SAP MM functionalities.
- Configure and maintain SAP MM modules, including Procurement, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, Inventory Management, and Material Master Data.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure users understand and effectively use SAP MM functionalities.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MM configuration and integration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with other SAP consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant, with hands-on experience in SAP MM module configuration and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM processes, including Procure to Pay (P2P), Material Master, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, and Inventory Management.
- Experience with SAP integration with other modules (SD, FICO, WM, PP).
- Proficiency in procurement process, inventory control, and supply chain management within SAP.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and address complex business requirements.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- SAP certification in Materials Management (MM) is preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
