SAP FICO

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules (such as MM, SD, and PP).
• Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, providing solutions to optimize their SAP FICO functionalities.
• Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure users understand and effectively use SAP FICO functionalities.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO configuration and integration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with other SAP consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver integrated SAP solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with hands-on experience in SAP FICO module configuration and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
• Experience with SAP integration with other modules (MM, SD, PP).
• Proficiency in financial reporting, cost management, and financial analysis within SAP.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and address complex business requirements.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) is preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
