SAP BASIS

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, and SAP Solution Manager, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and security.
• Perform SAP system installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations across various environments (development, testing, and production).
• Conduct regular system performance monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and manage SAP backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Administer SAP user management, including roles, authorizations, and profiles, in alignment with security policies and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and IT infrastructure teams, to support SAP project deployments and ongoing maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, installation guides, and operational procedures.
• Mentor junior Basis consultants and provide technical leadership within the SAP team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, and other SAP products.
• Strong experience with SAP Basis administration, including system installation, upgrades, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in managing databases (SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or SAP Cloud Platform).
• Solid understanding of SAP user administration, roles, and authorization management.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle complex SAP technical issues.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• SAP certification in SAP Basis, SAP HANA, or related fields is preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
