Project Manager SAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage SAP projects, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and other SAP solutions, from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, and monitor project progress against these plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and client stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Ensure all project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans, is accurately maintained and shared with relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure deliverables meet both client and TMS Consulting's quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, approving invoices, and ensuring financial targets are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on SAP projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of SAP products, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and other SAP technologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
