Job description
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet client requirements.
- Analyze business processes and deliver effective Odoo solutions.
- Configure, integrate, and optimize applications across Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and HR.
- Develop and maintain modules using Python and the Odoo framework.
- Provide documentation, testing, and user training support.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and stay updated with Odoo best practices.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Odoo development and implementation.
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework (backend and frontend).
- Experience in customizing Odoo modules and developing new ones from scratch.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, HR).
- Familiarity with Odoo.sh, API integration, and Linux-based deployment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
