Managing Partner (Enterprise Solution)

As the Managing Partner of the Enterprise Solution Department at TMS Consulting, you will lead the overall business strategy, operations, and growth of our ERP consulting practice with SAP as the core solution. You will be responsible for shaping the department’s vision, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving sustainable business growth through technology led transformation.

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Enterprise Solution Department, aligned with TMS Consulting’s long-term goals.
• Lead and expand the ERP consulting business, with a primary focus on SAP implementation, integration, and optimization projects.
• Explore and develop service portfolios for complementary ERP and enterprise solutions to strengthen TMS’s market positioning.
• Manage and cultivate strategic client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence and high client satisfaction.
• Oversee project governance, delivery quality, and profitability across multiple engagements.
• Provide thought leadership in digital transformation and enterprise systems to internal teams and clients.
• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of consultants, solution architects, and project managers.
