HRBP Generalist (Local Automotive Retail Shop)

Job description

  • Manage employee data, contracts, attendance, and administration
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
  • Update HR policies and SOPs
  • Support performance reviews & KPI monitoring
  • Act as a liaison between staff and management
  • Assist in employee engagement programs
  • Ensure labor law compliance & data confidentiality
  • Coordinate with Finance on payroll, leave, and benefits

Job requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR; retail or automotive industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and labor regulations.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
