Job description
- Manage employee data, contracts, attendance, and administration
- Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
- Update HR policies and SOPs
- Support performance reviews & KPI monitoring
- Act as a liaison between staff and management
- Assist in employee engagement programs
- Ensure labor law compliance & data confidentiality
- Coordinate with Finance on payroll, leave, and benefits
Job requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR; retail or automotive industry experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and labor regulations.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
