Job description
- Lead visual concept development for digital campaigns, events, and product positioning
- Create high-quality designs for social media, website, and marketing materials
- Produce and oversee video content and motion graphics for campaigns
- Ensure design consistency with TMS branding guidelines across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and GTM teams to deliver effective visuals
- Simplify complex topics (ERP, CRM, AI) into clear and engaging visuals
- Manage multiple design projects with strong time management and delivery
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field * 1+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B or tech-related fields
- Willing to follow the Hybrid working arrangement
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, UX, and digital platforms
- Experience creating video and motion graphics for campaigns
- Leadership experience mentoring junior designers
- Strong project management and time management skills
