Finance & Accounting Officer

Role Description :

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Accounting Staff at TMS Consulting.
• The Finance and Accounting Staff will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to finance and accounting.
• This includes managing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-2+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in Accounting/ Finance software as well as Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheet
• Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, and understanding of the business process.
• A meticulous and detailed person with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
