Job description
- Conduct weekly market research and build target account lists.
- Identify PIC contacts through LinkedIn and online sources.
- Execute outreach via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to generate meetings.
- Support small-scale events (inviting prospects, managing attendance, capturing leads).
- Perform regular onsite visits to drop company profiles and gather PIC information.
- Deliver short elevator pitches and book discovery meetings.
- Log all activities and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Support Account Executives in nurturing early-stage leads.
- Contribute to weekly pipeline updates and consistent activity execution.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in IT or consulting).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent English (oral & written).
- Tough, resilient, target-driven, and proactive.
- Comfortable doing field hunting and outreach activities.
- Good analytical thinking and basic understanding of IT solutions (ERP/CRM is a plus).
- Familiar with LinkedIn prospecting and CRM tools.
