- Review business processes to identify inefficiencies & recommend improvements
- Implement continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align with business goals
- Monitor & report improvement initiatives for sustainable results
- Facilitate workshops, training & change management
- Deliver performance reports & recommendations to management
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or related methodologies (certification is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage.
