Business Continuous Improvement Officer

Job description

  • Review business processes to identify inefficiencies & recommend improvements
  • Implement continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align with business goals
  • Monitor & report improvement initiatives for sustainable results
  • Facilitate workshops, training & change management
  • Deliver performance reports & recommendations to management

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business analysis roles.
  • Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or related methodologies (certification is a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage.
