Junior Account Manager

An Account Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying upselling opportunities, and helping clients achieve their business goals using the company’s products or services.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field
2. 2+years experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or related role
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
5. Client-oriented and relationship-focused mindset
6. Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
7. Good presentation and follow-up skills
8. Familiar with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
9. Target-oriented and proactive
