- Manage and Develop HR System in the Company
- Liaison between Management and Employees Fully Responsible for employee attendance, payroll, bonuses and benefits
- Responsible for Employee Performance Appraisal process
- Manage and Control the HR Budget
- Planning Training Implementation and Evaluating it
- Fully responsible for the employee recruitment process
- Take disciplinary action against employees who violate company rules or policies. Conduct an assessment of employee performance.
- Representing the company in the event of judicial issues and police authorities.
- Handle General Affair (Office Household, stationery, vendors)
Job requirements
- Minimum S1 All Majors
- Have experience working in FMCG company as HRD/GA (5 years)
- Familiar with HRIS and Labor Law
- Fluent in English and Understand Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Can create SOP and Training Modules
- Have knowledge and enjoy 90s songs
- Enjoy extreme activities or extreme sports
- Keep up with national and international news developments
- Have good commitment and integrity
- Domicile in Jakarta
