SPV QA

The Quality Assurance Supervisor at Stella Maris International Education is responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality standards across all educational and operational processes. This role involves managing quality control measures, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Additionally, the QA Supervisor oversees the implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems, fostering excellence and consistency across academic and non-academic units to support the institution's commitment to delivering exceptional education and operational practices.

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Internal Audit, or Internal Process Control, preferably in a corporate or educational institution.
3. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards, Kaizen methodology, and 5S/5R principles.
4. Familiarity with performance measurement tools, such as the Balanced Scorecard.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
6. Proficient in data processing and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
7. Effective under pressure with excellent time management and organizational skills.
