Senior HRD

• Lead and oversee end-to-end HR functions, including Recruitment, Talent Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and HR Administration.
• Lead and develop the HR team to achieve effective and strategic HR operations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, performance management, KPI, and talent development programs aligned with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment documentation.
• Manage Employee & Industrial Relations, including coordination with employees, labor unions, and government institutions.
• Analyze HR data such as turnover, attendance, workforce, and HR costs to support business decisions.
• Drive HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development to support company growth.
• Monitor probation, contract expiration, employee performance reviews, promotion, transfer, and contract extension decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or related field.
• 8–10 years of HR experience, preferably with leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of HR Management, Recruitment, Talent Management, Payroll, Employee & Industrial Relations, Performance Management, and OD.
• Good understanding of Labor Law, Omnibus Law, BPJS, PPh 21, and employment regulations.
• Experienced in preparing Employment Contracts, Company Regulations, PKB, SOPs, Job Descriptions, and KPIs.
• Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with HRIS (Talenta is a plus).
