Job description
- Conduct in-depth research on regulations (Tax/Energy/Investment), market trends, and business opportunities.
- Draft and review professional documents, including policy papers, feasibility studies, business proposals, and legal correspondence in both English and Indonesian.
- Summarize complex reports into concise executive briefings for the Co-Founder.
- Manage an active and complex calendar; prioritize inquiries and troubleshoot conflicts with a "solution-first" mindset.
- Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements (domestic/international), including itineraries, logistics, and meeting preparation.
- Act as the primary point of contact (Gatekeeper) between the Co-Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track the progress of strategic initiatives and follow up with department heads on behalf of the Co-Founder.
- Organize high-level meetings, take strategic minutes, and ensure action items are executed.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or International Relations from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2–4 years of working experience. Background in Consulting Firms, Law Firms, Professional Services, or fast-paced Startups is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to use Generative AI (ChatGPT/Claude) for professional productivity (research, drafting, summarizing).
- Professional fluency in English and Indonesian (Written & Spoken) is mandatory. The ability to draft formal business documents is a must.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
