Bachelor’s degree (D-IV/S1) in Business or Management from a top local university (min. GPA 3.00/4.00).
Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience, preferably in a consulting firm or large company (internship/work).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, able to make rational decisions based on data and logic.
Excellent English proficiency, both verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and comfortable with data analysis and visual storytelling.
Able to work collaboratively in a small, fast-paced, and multidisciplinary team.
Excellent time management and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Interest or knowledge in Renewable Energy/Sustainability/ESG, especially in forestry or energy sectors, is a strong plus.
Willing to attend meetings or handle urgent assignments outside standard business hours if needed.
