SCM (Supply Chain Management) Specialist

Role Purpose

To manage import-export operations, customs compliance, and regulatory licensing activities while ensuring timely material movement, regulatory adherence, and uninterrupted supply chain operations in support of the company's manufacturing and business objectives.

Role Description

1. Import/Export & Regulatory Compliance

• Manage import/export permits and regulatory approvals for raw materials, samples, reagents, equipment and finished products.
• Prepare, submit, and monitor SAS applications, import/export permits, SKI BPOM, Karantina, Rekim, B3, Master List, and other required licenses.
• Liaise with BPOM, Ministry of Health, Customs, and other authorities.
• Support Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) and regulatory compliance activities.

2. Customs & Trade Compliance

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, HS Code classification, and customs valuation requirements.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities and manage customs-related documentation.
• Support customs audits and monitor regulatory changes impacting import-export operations

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in import-export operations, customs compliance, logistics, supply chain, or regulatory affairs.
• Hands-on experience in handling import permits, export permits, and regulatory documentation in Indonesia.
• Experience in managing SKI BPOM, SAS, Quarantine, Rekim, B3 permits, Master List, or similar regulatory processes.
• Familiarity with HS Code classification, customs valuation, and customs clearance procedures.
• Good in written and spoken English.

Preferred:

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, chemical, or highly regulated manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with BPOM regulations and pharmaceutical import-export requirements.
• Knowledge of Material Transfer Agreements (MTA) and international shipment of biological materials.
• Certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customs, International Trade, or related fields is an advantage
