QC Microbiological Analyst (Highschool/Diploma)

Role Purporse

To ensure the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products by performing biochemical and microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and method validation in compliance with GMP standards, while maintaining reliable laboratory operations and documentation.

Role Description

1) Biochemical, microbiological, and utility testing

• Quality testing of raw materials, and intermediate/final drug products, IPC test
• TOC, Densitometer, Microplate Reader, Raman, ELISA, etc.
• Sterility Tests, Microbial Limit Tests, etc.
• EM(HVAC, PW/WFI, compressed air, nitrogen, ethanol, etc.) sampling and testing

2) Method Validation

3) Laboratory management

• Qualification and maintenance of analytical equipment
• Management of test requests, reagents, reference standards, and test samples
• Preparation of SOPs and specification

Required

• Higschool Graduate or Diploma Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology / Life Sciences Engineering, Chemical Engineering and other related fields
• Minimum 2 years working experience in QC mircorbiological testing within the pharmaceutical industry
