Job description

Role Purpose

To manage end‑to‑end production material flow by executing procurement and controlling warehouse operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and GMP‑compliant material availability for manufacturing.


Role Description

  • Execute end‑to‑end procurement activities for production materials, including PR and PO processing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on order confirmation, delivery schedules, quantities, and required GMP documentation.
  • Manage and control warehouse operations, covering material receiving, storage, issuance, and internal transfer.
  • Ensure proper material identification, labeling, segregation, FIFO/FEFO, and full traceability.
  • Perform and monitor ERP transactions for purchasing and inventory (PR, PO, GR, stock transfer, material issue).
  • Coordinate material issuance to DS and DP production based on approved requests and production schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, support cycle count/stock opname, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Maintain complete and accurate procurement and warehouse documentation in compliance with GMP.
  • Support resolution of supplier delays, material discrepancies, damaged or expired materials, and related deviations.
  • Coordinate closely with Production, QA, QC, Planning, Warehouse Operators, and Finance to ensure smooth material flow.
  • Provide technical guidance to Production Support Operators in warehouse execution and GMP discipline.


Job requirements

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • 1-5 years of experience in procurement and/or warehouse/material management within pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of GMP requirements related to purchasing, material handling, and warehouse operations.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems for purchasing and inventory transactions.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred

  • Experience handling raw materials and packaging materials in GMP‑regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP modules.
  • Experience supporting audit and inspection activities related to procurement and warehouse operations.
  • Experience coordinating with overseas suppliers or import‑related procurement.
