- Plan and coordinate daily, weekly and monthly activities in the supply chain.

- Coordinate with the team to identify solutions and prevent recurring problems.
- Using a logistics information system to monitor the movement of goods.
- Compile reports and analyze data to improve efficiency.
- Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Establish and maintain good relationships to support smooth operations.
- Provide training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Identify training and development needs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.
- Identify risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to address or reduce their impact.
- Ensure smooth operations even in emergency conditions.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in a related field such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or another related field.
- Relevant work experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Typically requires a minimum of several years of experience in a lower level position, such as logistics coordinator or similar position.
- Have a strong understanding of the logistics industry and processes.
- Understand supply chain management concepts.
- Good managerial skills, including the ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate logistics activities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, suppliers and business partners.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on existing information.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Good understanding of the use of technology, including logistics information systems and related software.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and business ethics.
- Leadership with integrity and ethics.
- Good negotiation skills to interact with suppliers and business partners.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions or changes in company policy.
- Experience or knowledge of the use of logistics equipment and machinery, depending on the specific industry.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to think strategically in planning and managing supply chains.
- Additional certification in logistics or supply chain management may be a plus (example: APICS or SCM certification).
