Job description
- Manage and supervise daily warehouse and warehouse operations.
- Supervise the logistics team in organizing, organizing and controlling the flow of goods.
- Manage stock of goods and ensure the availability of sufficient goods to meet customer demand.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and delivery of goods efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with shipping, handling and storage procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance of warehouse facilities and logistics equipment.
- Create and implement standard operational procedures to increase operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory and conduct regular stock audits.
- Conduct regular reporting on logistics performance and look for ways to improve efficiency.
Job requirements
- Minimum 3 years work experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in logistics, operations management, or related field.
- Good communication skills and solid leadership abilities.
- Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast and changing environment.
- Understanding of warehouse management software (WMS) and experience in its use is a plus.
- Good analytical abilities and decision making skills.
