Job description


  1. Facilities Management:

    • Oversee the management and maintenance of office facilities, including office space, equipment, and supplies.
    • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility-related services.
  2. Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
    • Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
  3. Travel and Accommodation:

    • Coordinate and arrange travel plans for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
    • Handle visa processing and other travel-related documentation.
  4. Security and Safety:

    • Implement and manage security measures within the office premises.
    • Develop and update safety protocols and evacuation plans.
  5. Event Planning:

    • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
    • Manage logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  6. Vendor Management:

    • Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for various services.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  7. Record Keeping:

    • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and archives.
    • Ensure compliance with record-keeping regulations.
  8. Employee Services:

    • Handle employee-related services such as transportation, accommodation, and other welfare programs.
    • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
  9. Regulatory Compliance:

    • Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to general affairs and ensure compliance.
    • Work with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory issues.
  10. Communication:

    • Facilitate communication within the organization and between departments.
    • Manage internal communication channels.
  11. Budget Management:

    • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the general affairs budget.
    • Ensure cost-effective solutions in daily operations.
  12. Health and Wellness Programs:

    • Implement health and wellness initiatives for employees.
    • Coordinate with healthcare providers for employee wellness programs.



Job requirements



  1. Educational Background:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, human resources, or a related field.
