Driver Manager

The Driver Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a Formula 1 driver’s professional career, ensuring optimal performance both on and off the track. This role involves managing contracts, sponsorships, media relations, personal scheduling, and strategic career planning. The Driver Manager serves as the driver’s primary liaison with the race team, sponsors, press, and other key stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sports management, talent representation, or motorsport operations.
• Proven track record of managing professional athletes, preferably in elite motorsport.
• High organizational ability to manage complex schedules and global travel.
