UX Designer

working with users to identify needs and requirements, designing user interfaces, developing interaction models, creating user flows and defining requirements for usability testing

• At least 3 years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, shipped work, and measurable impact.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
• Strong foundations in interaction design, visual design, and design systems.
• Ability to operate with autonomy, handle ambiguity, and make sound design decisions.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other designers is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, ProtoPie). Familiarity with front-end concepts is advantageous.
• Curiosity and a growth mindset, actively staying current with emerging design practices and tools.

We are looking for a Product Designer with the responsibility including gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. The Product Designer will work closely with our marketing and engineering team to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms
