- Managing after sales teams on site area
- Reporting to direct superior regarding operation on the site
- Ensuring operation compliance aligned with company regulation
- conduct periodical meeting with customers
- coordinating with chinese team in order to run effective and smooth operation on site
- developing team aligned with safety and technical skill development
Job requirements
- having minimum 5 years experience as after sales service leader that have extensive knowledge in after sales operation on site
- POP Certified
- experience as Service Supervisor in heavy equipment distributor company that handle full maintenance contract on site will be preffered or having experience in mining contractor as a Plant Leader
- having ability to manage team well and strong leadership capacity
- having ability in problem solving skill and analyze future potential problem
- having knowledge in work safety analysis and implementing safety atmosphere in work
- good interpersonal skill and listening skill
- willing to be placed in site Obi Island
- Physically and mentally healthy
