- Devise and Create Training Development Plan for Mechanic and other Position in After Sales Dept and other related activities as a Technical Trainer
- Conduct Internal & External Training both in class and practice
- Create schedule training plan and implement training timely
- Facilitate Training and Development Events
- Assessing Technical Skill for Mechanic
- Conduct Training Evaluation
- Devise Training Modules
- Analyze Training Needs
Job requirements
- Min Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Education Technology and related field
- Have experience 2 years minimum as Technical Trainer in Heavy Equipment Company
- Possess Training for trainer certificate is preferrable
- Fluent in English
- Able to delivery training in English Language is preferrable
- Familiar in Hydraulic, Engine, Powertrain, Pneumatic and Electric knowledge and practice
- Familiar in Excavator, Wheel Loader and Drilling Rig Products is preferrable
- Familiar with Ms. Office
- Demonstrated strong skill in teaching ability and transfer knowledge
- Have a good communication and presentation skill
- Demonstrated strong skill in team work and have good integrity
- Willing to mobile and do business trip
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta & Karawang
