Responsible to Case handling , Legal Assistance , Legal Opinion, Legal Drafting & Partnership
Represent the company in order attending invitation from law enforcement (Police, Court, et)
Maintain counterparts lawyer in handling case, monitoring court trial process
Filling legal document (avidences, demand letters,etc)
Job requirements
Maximum 35 Years Old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law
Fluent in English both oral and written
Familiar with Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
At Least 3 Year(s) of working experience as Corporate & Litigation in Heavy Equipment or Mining Industries would be an advantage
Willing to Work under Pressure, Fast Pace, Detail, and Target - Oriented
Willing to be Placed in Sunter
