Job description
- Actively work to maintain and improve portfolio quality and prevent loss
- Visit and determine social behaviour and another business of client
- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Verify background and credit worthiness of buyer
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Report directly to Risk Control Head Office
Job requirements
- Experience as Credit Analyst or Collection Specialist in Banking or Leasing Companies, preferred in handling heavy equipment products and customers
- Familiar and understand behavior and habit of customer in heavy equipment industri
- Working knowledge of MS Office and database
- Good in negotiation and problem solving skill
- Have a good communication skill and analytical thinking
- Willing to business trip and mobile
- Ready to be placed in, Jakarta (SPV Collection ),
- and Senior Collection Pekanbaru, Samarinda, Makassar
