Job description
- Assist in accounting system transformation tracking analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions
- Manage the general accounting functions, including to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger
- Develop comparison report budget vs actual and oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory accounting (SAK/PSAK); external & internal audit and tax compliance
- Identify, acquire, and implement systems and software to provide critical financial and operational information
- Understand Local Tax (PPH 21, PPH 15, PPH 22, PPH 23, PPH 4(2), PPH 29, VAT, VAT Offshore)
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
- Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
- Responsible for monthly and yearly closing in accounting System (SAP)
- Understand TP Doc (Local File, Master File, CBCR Notification)
- Initiave to solve problems in Accounting Dept
- Finishing the task given by direct superior
Job requirements
- Male/Female with max. 45 years
- Have 3-5 years working experience as Accounting Manager
- Preferably have experience working in the heavy equipment or automotive or other industry
- Fluent in Mandarin & English both oral and written (is a must)
- Proficient in standard accounting software
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Willing to be placed in Head Office (Sunter)
